Harby Tran
Harby’s vision, to inclusively unite community business interests in Frederick and Montgomery counties, is realized in the pages of 270inc Magazine, a joint venture between Rockwood Brown and Diversions Publications. As a consultant for a variety of local and national clients, he provides enhanced corporate communications and marketing direction by managing full-cycle business development initiatives. He holds a master’s degree in Marketing Management from The Johns Hopkins University, a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Maryland at College Park and currently serves as adjunct professor of Business Management at Hood College in Frederick.

Pattee Brown
An entrepreneurial marketing and communications professional, Pattee has an eclectic record of achievement in all aspects of integrated marketing and media. Her multifaceted work experience includes marketing, publishing, non-profit management, on-air radio personality, restaurant ownership, and running an advertising agency. Pattee’s enhanced vision, along with her leadership, strategic thinking and management skills define 270inc Business Magazine and Radio. Pattee is a partner in Rockwood Brown Marketing & Business Development and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of 270inc.
