This quote is not only an encouragement to those who do not feel they make an impact, but also a confirmation to those who have a natural ability to be a leader. In my case, I am not a gifted leader in many aspects but with this quote, I have realized that no matter what happens in life, little seeds are planted around us that bloom when it is the appropriate time.
